Mexico City Tour and Visit to Teotihuacan on seat in coach basis.

Start the day walking around some of the most emblematic buildings in Mexico City historic centre, including the largest plaza in Latin America, the Zocalo, the National Palace and the cathedral. We then visit the site of the Great Temple of the Aztecs, and continue on to Madero Street whilst admiring the fine buildings before reaching the magnificent Palace of Fine Arts.

Hop aboard our bus which will whisk you straight to the Valley of Mexico to the Teotihuacan Pyramids.

Wander around this pre-Colombian site and be amazed by architecturally remarkable Mesoamerican pyramids, the Avenue of the Dead, the citadel plaza, Temple of Quetzalcoatl and the Pyramid of the Sun.

We then have time for lunch and you can even taste Pulque, a traditional alcoholic drink from Central Mexico, and the world popular tequila. Return to Mexico City and visit the Basilica of Our Lady Guadalupe in the North of the city. You will witness how the Basilica is entirely centred on Our Lady of Guadalupe due to its circular shape. Go through one of the seven front doors where several million people make to the pilgrimage each year.

Xochimilco, Coyoacán & Frida Kahlo Museum on seat in coach basis.

Our tour begins in Coyoacan, one of the oldest districts in Mexico. Feel its magic comes to life through the temples, old houses, colonial plazas, markets, cafes, bookshops and throughout the town. Visit the Frida Khalo Museum and delve into the works of the famous artist in her very own creative universe, the Blue House, and the place where she was born and where she passed away.

Afterwards, head to Xochimilco, also known as “The place of flowers”. With a deep history going back to pre-Hispanic times, you will be amazed by its monuments, markets, local crafts, beautiful flowers and enjoy a ride along the river aboard a traditional colourful trajinera (a flat-bottomed boat). The last stop on this eye-opening tour is UNAM, the National Autonomous University of Mexico. There are not enough words to describe it. Their first buildings were built in the fifties and various architects participated in the design and Mexican artists such as Diego Rivera, Juan O’Gorman, Siqueiros, Mario Pani among others. Thanks to its design, harmony and functionality in 2007, it was inscribed on the UNESCO cultural heritage of mankind.

Chichen Itza, Cenote Hubiku, Lunch and Valladolid Tour on seat in coach basis The name means “At the mouth of the well of the Itza” and is Mexico’s most visited archaeological site, a magnificent display of Mayan culture. The highlight of the site is the Kukulkan Pyramid, known as El Castillo.

On this tour you will be able to walk around the pyramid, seeing it from every angle and admiring the work that went into constructing this magnificent pyramid. The building has remained in place since the time of the Mayans and is a fascinating example of Mayan culture. Mesoamerican cultures occasionally built larger pyramids on top of smaller ones and this is the case for El Castillo, where an excavation discovered a temple with an elaborate jaguar throne. At sunrise and sunset on the Spring and Fall equinoxes, the corner of the pyramid casts a shadow of Kukulkan, a feathered serpent god, creating the illusion of a snake slithering down the North side with the sun’s movement. Of course there are natural beauties to see at Chichen Itza, such as the Cenote Sagrado, an impressive sinkhole gateway into an underground body of water which is 60 metres in diameter. The Chichen Itza is one of Mexico’s most impressive sites and, as one of the Seven Wonders of the World, it’s an experience which is sure to not be forgotten.

Xplor Park Tour with Transport on seat in coach basis Whizz along variety of ziplines, ranging from 8 to 45 metres in height. Embark on a dreamlike journey through crystal-clear cenotes featuring stunning suspension bridges. Feel the power aboard an allterrain amphibious vehicle as you drive through spectacular jungle trails and awe-inspiring caves while marvelling at the ancient rock formations. Paddle on a highly manoeuvrable raft to explore fascinating grottoes and round it all off with a swim along a river amid stalactites and stalagmites in a bewitching underground world.

The beauty of the scenery and the natural charm of the location, combined with the excitement of the journey, make this one tour not to be forgotten. All this with a delicious and healthy buffet lunch thrown in.

Highly trained and friendly staff along with a consistent emphasis on safety ensures that your day passes off without a hitch. Xplor is the

must-do experience when visiting the Riviera Maya: a feast for the senses and a day of rip-roaring adventure.

An unbeatable tour that will linger in the memory!

Discover Tulum and Xel-Ha on seat in coach basis Marvel at the beauty of ancient architecture at Tulum, the only Maya city that overlooks the crystal blue Caribbean Sea, and then live an adventure worthy of the Lord of the Apes himself at Xel-Há, the largest natural aquarium in the world, where you can snorkel the azure waters or simply bask in the warm Mexican sun. The sight of the ruins of Tulum will astound you as they slowly appear over the horizon and into your line of vision. Perched atop a majestic cliff and overlooking the striking, almost unnatural blue of the Caribbean, Tulum was a walled city and, many believe, a major Mayan port.

The ruins are ghostly yet stand stoically in defiance of the passing of time. Contemplate the amazing frescoes that cover the wall of one temple; see the ominous Temple of the Descending God; admire the Temple of the God of Winds; and, last but not least, discover the magnificent  El  Castillo, the temple built upon a cliff with commanding views of the coast. Continue to Xel-Há, a natural aquarium renowned around the world for its brightly coloured tropical fish that scuttle beneath the surface. It  also  boasts dramatic limestone formations that make for a wondrous backdrop. Test your mettle at the dizzying Stone of Courage; try the treacherous Trepachanga; the ‘refreshing’ Salpichanga; and the thrilling Mo’s Flight. And after all that, you can relax by snorkelling, drifting in a mangrove or simply chilling on a hammock.
